14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you're not happy with BuildGUI Pro for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Email [email protected] from the address you used to purchase, and include your order ID or license key. You do not need to give a reason. We'll process eligible refunds promptly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
You can cancel your BuildGUI Pro subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period — if you'd like a refund as well, email us within the 14-day window above.
The 14-day refund applies to your first payment. Automatic renewal charges are not automatically refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date if you don't wish to continue. If a renewal charges you unexpectedly, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
