These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BuildGUI, available at buildgui.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BuildGUI is a tool that turns a text prompt into an editable Roblox graphical user interface (GUI), including native Luau code and a controller script. The Service is provided for use inside Roblox Studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
You own and may freely use the GUI code that you generate with BuildGUI in your own Roblox games and projects, including commercial ones, with no attribution required. The free credit line included in generated output is optional and may be removed by Pro users.

In particular, you will not: (a) attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or its generation API; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) resell or redistribute the Service itself as your own product; or (d) submit content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.
The BuildGUI name, website, software, and underlying generator are owned by BuildGUI and its operator. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service itself other than the right to use it as described here. As stated in Section 2, code you generate is yours to use.
The Service relies on third parties, including Lemon Squeezy (payments), a third-party AI provider used to generate output, and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics). Your use of those services through BuildGUI is also subject to their respective terms.
The Service and all generated output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that generated code will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before using it in your projects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildGUI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Note that the sale of BuildGUI Pro is conducted by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record and is additionally subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.
